Parts to be Replaced Periodically
HMW-201 Series Exposure Units (for Printed Circuit Board)

| Lamp | Replace after 5,000 - 7,000 times of flashing (15 sec/shot or less), when both ends are deteriorated in black and the illumination intensity is lowered, or flickering occurs. (Longer the exposure time is the shorter the lamp life.) | IML-3000, IML-4000, IML-5000 |
| Caution: Using the lamp which steeply exceeded the regulated flashing times may cause the lamp breakage, etc. | ||
| Cooling Water | Check the amount of water once a month and supply distilled water if short. Replace the whole water once a year. | Distilled water (Tank Capacity: 5.2 gal) |
| Ionless Filter | The replacement frequency depends upon the frequency of usage. Normally, replace once every there months. | Ionless Filter (WT-0003) |
